Infobip included in Government’s latest G-Cloud 12 framework

Global cloud communications provider Infobip has been named an approved supplier on the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) G-Cloud 12 framework, which offers the UK’s public sector organisations easy access to the country’s leading cloud services.

The three-lot framework, which came into effect on the 28 September, serves to minimise the lengthy procurement process by offering a straightforward and compliant way for IT buyers at organisations like the National Health Service, Government Communications Headquarters and British Army to browse the latest cloud-based innovations, such as hosting, software, and support.

Infobip’s entire catalogue features within the framework, including its contact centre solution, customer engagement platform and bot-building platform, which has already been used by health organisations across the globe to keep the public informed and safe during the COVID-19 pandemic with an FAQ chatbot over WhatsApp.

Noel Lavery, UK Sales Director, Infobip comments: “The unprecedented situation we have found ourselves in has expedited digital transformation on a scale no-one could have predicted. This is especially the case in the public sector space, where innovative solutions from approved suppliers are needed quickly and at scale. We’re delighted to be included in the latest G-Cloud framework and look forward to working with brilliant public sector organisations to build connected experiences across all stages of the customer journey.”
