Tollring has appointed Craig Hoile as Head of Channel Sales to drive forward the performance and account management for all international partners and resellers of its analytics solutions.
Craig’s role covers Tollring’s whole portfolio from iCall Suite analytics and call recording to the new Analytics 365 native app for Microsoft teams.
With over 900 partners worldwide, Tollring’s channel comprises direct partners such as communication service providers, as well as indirect resellers and dealers. Having worked with partners of all sizes whilst at Virgin Media O2, Microsoft and Vodafone, Craig is well placed to support Tollring’s team of Account Managers in enabling the channel to maximise the business analytics opportunity.
For the past eleven years Craig was at Virgin Media O2, most recently as Senior Channel Sales Manager for retail and e-tail partners. In this position, he worked with the company’s largest indirect accounts such as Currys that sold Virgin’s home phone, broadband, TV and contract mobile connections.
At Microsoft, Craig held the role of OEM Account Manager responsible for sales of Microsoft Windows client and server software, and managing relationships with Sony, Samsung, Acer, Asus and IBM. Prior to this, he spent five years at Vodafone responsible for the company’s account relationships and the delivery of consumer sales targets of prepay and postpay products. In this role he worked on a variety of accounts including Tesco, Carphone Warehouse, DSGi, Nokia Retail, Brighthouse Stores and DataSelect.
