Ventrica, the fast-growth customer experience outsourcer for many of the world’s leading blue-chip organisations, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mandy Webb as its new Head of Marketing.
Mandy will lead this newly created role and will be responsible for executing the company’s go to market function and owns all brand marketing activity, customer insight, content strategy, and demand generation with the objective of making Ventrica the number one BPO/CX brand organisation internationally for both Ventrica employees and the world’s leading global brands. Mandy will report directly to CEO, Iain Banks
Mandy joins Ventrica having established herself as an experienced Marketeer with extensive leadership experience at EMEA and Global level, across the BPO/CX industry.
Throughout her career Mandy has focussed on ensuring that the marketing function is well placed to support and lead teams and organisations to maximise successful business outcomes. Having led multi-discipline teams for leading BPO organisations, Mandy has more recently focussed on designing and delivering customer-centric solutions and dynamic growth strategies for market leading global brands.
