Avaya and Wavenet Partner to Bring Cloud-Based Experience Platform to UK Customers

Avaya, a global leader in solutions to enhance and simplify communications and collaboration, this week announced a strategic partnership with Wavenet, an award-winning cloud provider of telecoms and technology solutions, as a wholesale service provider and Tier 1 Value-Added Reseller of Avaya OneCloud™ across the UK.

According to research by Forrester, 92% of companies in the UK, France and Germany have adopted cloud computing – driven largely by demand for new applications and affordable compute and storage for existing applications.

Announced at GITEX Global, Avaya’s partnership with Wavenet will address this demand with a combined unified-communications-as-a-service (UCaaS) and contact centre-as-a-service (CCaaS) offering with bundled calls and minutes that enables UK-based organisations to deliver effortless best-in-class experiences for customers and employees at every touchpoint.
