Route 101 approved for UK Government’s G-Cloud 13 Framework

Route 101 awarded a place on a major UK Government procurement framework to deliver contact centre services. The Contact Centre and CX Transformation specialist has been awarded a Framework Contract on the 13th iteration of G-Cloud, officially approved as a Cloud Software and Cloud Support supplier.

The CCS set out to appoint ‘the very best providers who can bring highly innovative and transformational services to this framework’. Route 101’s inclusion as a supplier on the G-Cloud 13 framework is testament to the business’ extensive capabilities within the contact centre and ensures that the business is now eligible to deliver services across the public sector – spanning government, healthcare, education, housing and charitable organisations.

The G-Cloud framework assists public sector organisations with procurement, allowing them to find and compare services, reducing the need for a full tender process. The addition of Route 101’s services to the framework will enable the business to offer specialist cloud technology products and services to resolve customer service challenges, drive efficiency and optimise the contact centre estate.

James Johns, Public Sector Specialist at Route 101 responded; “We’re delighted to have been awarded a place on this framework. This is a testament to the fantastic team of CX technology experts here at Route 101 who have many years of experience supporting a wide range of public sector organisations. Route 101’s inclusion in G-Cloud 13 is an invaluable step towards making our services more readily available to those organisations looking to future-proof their customer service platforms and deliver exceptional experiences.”

Route 101 CEO Russell Attwood added, “The G-Cloud platform is a fantastic tool for connecting public sector organisations with suppliers of vital IT and cloud technology services, so Route 101 is honoured to be approved. Our team has already helped a number of organisations within this sector and we look forward to helping many more over the coming years.”

The UK Government’s G-Cloud framework was launched in 2012, and enables public sector organisations to search an online Digital Marketplace for the right people and technologies to enable their digital projects. G-Cloud 13 is the latest framework – replacing G-Cloud 12 – and includes the latest procurement policies including prompt payment and social value.
