Both individuals have extensive business development, revenue generation, and customer success experience from previous leadership positions at top SaaS (Software as a Service) brands.

Maier joins Calabrio with more than 20 years of enterprise software sales experience. He previously led teams at Ellucian, PTC, and CentralSquare Technologies. He is tasked with driving overall revenue at Calabrio including leading the sales function which now encompasses customer success programmes. This broader revenue-generation focus is designed to support Calabrio’s growth through customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.

Toben joins Calabrio with more than 15 years of experience growing SaaS companies and designing high performing sales teams that anticipate and meet complex customer needs. Prior to Calabrio, he was at Gainsight, a leading customer success, product experience, and community engagement solution vendor. Toben led operations and launched an initiative to grow the global sales organisation. Toben and Maier will be closely aligned to deliver innovative ways to reinforce, deliver, and measure the growth impact of Calabrio’s customer-focused culture.
