Cirrus Announces Daniel Lloyd as New Channel Director

Cirrus, a leading provider of contact centre solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of Daniel Lloyd to the role of Channel Director.

With over 20 years of experience in the contact centre industry, including six years at Cirrus, Daniel has consistently demonstrated his expertise in driving operational excellence and implementing innovative customer service strategies.

Daniel brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously worked as a Solutions Delivery Manager at Cirrus before becoming a Channel Partner Manager. Before his time at Cirrus, Daniel worked for Economy Energy and RWE Npower. His extensive experience in Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) has been pivotal in shaping Cirrus’s approach to channel partnerships.

As Channel Director, Daniel will leverage his specialisation in maximising productivity, driving efficiencies, and utilising contact centre technology and methodologies to enhance Cirrus’s service offerings.

His background in Business Intelligence, Performance Analysis, Workforce Optimisation, Resource Planning, and Service Delivery positions him uniquely to lead the company’s strategic initiatives in deploying and administering advanced contact centre technologies.

Throughout his career, Daniel has been instrumental in setting up, growing, and developing core support functions within both inbound and outbound contact centres, managing a diverse range of business streams, including sales, service, and collections for various blue-chip companies across sectors such as financial services, media, utilities, and telecoms.
