13th July 2020: Leading call reporting and analytics company, Akixi, has announced that Paul Holden joined the company on 6th July 2020 as Head of Sales. With a remit covering Akixi’s global sales activity, Paul will manage the company’s sales operations and be responsible for opening new markets and channels, and driving new customer acquisition.
Paul joins the Akixi team from US-based SaaS contact centre and CRM company, Kustomer, where he played an instrumental role in building a robust pipeline and customer base in new international territories.
