Results for the Contact Centre Experience & Insight categories of the 2023 UK National Innovation Awards competition

Directors Club are delighted to announce the results for the Contact Centre Experience & Insight categories of the 2023 edition of the UK National Innovation Awards competition.

In total, 93 judges were recruited across the two categories. All judges were UK-based practitioners in the fields of customer experience, customer contact, or customer service. All judges represented significant organisations.

The results were announced on a Results Gala Webcast (below).

National Innovation Award for Contact Centre Experience Category

The quality of finalists’ submissions was very strong, and the judges had a hard task deciding the winners and runners-up. The high number of requests from judges for brochures, customer testimonials, and demos post-competition is testament to the quality of technology innovation the competition showcased.”
