Content Guru Appoints Senior Vice President to Accelerate Growth in North America

Content Guru, one of the world’s largest providers of cloud contact centre and CX technology, has announced the appointment of industry veteran, Matt McKernan, as Senior Vice President of Sales, Americas.

McKernan brings over 25 years of sector knowledge to the role and an impressive track record of helping scale businesses including Verint, inContact and NICE. His strong experience in CX and contact centres, including Senior Vice President at NICE CXone, where he led the Enterprise and Public Sector teams, will be key in supporting Content Guru’s continued growth in North America.

McKernan joins Content Guru at an exciting time as a growing number of North American enterprise and government organizations adopt its storm® cloud platform to benefit from its highly-reliable, highly-scalable, feature-rich capabilities. The company was recently named in the global Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), its fourth successive year to be listed. Its storm platform was also recently listed as United States Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program’s (FedRAMP) In Process at High Impact Level, a standard designed for mission-critical services.
