Virgin Media creates nearly 100 customer contact centre jobs in Sheffield

Virgin Media is recruiting for 98 new positions based in its Sheffield contact centre as part of plans to create more UK based jobs. The roles, which range from sales advisors through to team managers, will support Virgin Media’s mobile sales teams and see the operator continue investing in its UK workforce. IBM Security Study Finds Employees New to Working from Home Pose Security Risk

IBM released findings from a study focused on the behaviours and security risks of those new to working from home (WFH) during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study shows more than 80% of respondents either rarely worked from home or not at all prior to the pandemic, and, in turn, more than half are now doing so with no new security policies to help guide them.
