Arvato CRM Solutions has secured a three-year contract to provide financial analysis and due diligence services for the Crown Commercial Services (CCS).
This service delivery partnership will see Arvato CRM Solutions help the organisation assess the financial standing of companies competing for government contracts as part of its robust due diligence process.
The business will receive relevant financial information, supporting documents and commentary through a cloud-based portal it has designed to maximise security and efficiency.
It will then check the data’s accuracy and assess in a playbook complaint manner whether each business is financially capable of delivering the work they are tendering for, before making a recommendation to CCS.
The contract was secured through CCS’ RM6181 Outsourced Contact Centre and Business Services agreement (Lot 2 Business Services) after a competitive tender. It is the first time that the CCS has secured the services of a third-party outsourcer for work of this kind, a decision taken as part of CCS’ strategy of continuous improvement and to further deepen the value it offers to its customers.
It will be delivered on a hybrid basis by a team of specialist analysts and accountants working from a hub in Swansea. Arvato CRM Solutions is also working with the CCS to explore applying intelligent automation technology to the analytics process to help unlock additional time and cost efficiencies.
