BT Ireland announces multi-million euro deal with Five9

BT Ireland has been selected as the preferred carrier for voice and network services globally for Five9, a leading provider of intelligent cloud contact centres. This multi-million euro agreement enables Five9 to leverage BT’s quality voice services to enhance its service offering, and strengthen its leadership position in the Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) space.

Five9 chose BT Ireland for its stable, reliable, resilient and highly secure services, which are critical for the effective running of cloud contact centres. Five9’s existing customers and partners have already begun to benefit from BT’s networking capability, particularly across Europe, with millions of call minutes per month facilitated.
