Webio, the Conversational Middleware Company has partnered with EIT Digital Accelerator to scale-up and expand internationally.

Having supported over 300 start-ups this partnership comes at just the right time for Webio as the company ramps up its international expansion plan.

Capitalising on EIT Digital’s unique ecosystem will assist Webio in growing their customer base and will benefit greatly from EIT Digital’s expertise and support.
Webio is one of only three companies in Ireland that have been selected to take part in the EIT Digital Accelerator programme with Eiratech Robotics and Leveris joining in 2019 and 2018.
Webio has had an exciting time of late winning a number of customer collections, customer service, innovation and customer engagement awards. In addition, Webio beat global competition to secure a place on Google’s Blackbox Connect 20 programme and was lucky enough to be selected to participate in Google’s Startuponomics summit.
From a technology perspective, the last 18 months have seen some great new skills additions to the conversational middleware platform with the launch of WebioPay and Conversational Forms that bring live payment requests and processing and effective data collection in conversational messaging streams such as WhatsApp, Messenger and SMS which have been positively received by clients looking to drive customer engagement and customer experience.
